Job Overview:

As a Business Coordinator at BEST-FIT Recruitment Riders, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth integration of Business Coordination activities for Diagnostics products. Your primary function will be to collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain relationships with existing clients and address their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain client relationships and coordinate promotional activities.
  • Develop and maintain client databases and mail lists to enhance customer engagement.
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective administrative support.
  • Manage MIS Reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of business activities.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate with 1 to 4 years of experience in a related field, with excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Preferred candidate should be a female with knowledge of letter drafting, corresponding, and internet marketing.
  • Back-end coordination experience is highly desirable.
