Responsibilities- Executive Assistance: Provide proactive support to senior executives, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings and events.
- Office Administration: Ensure efficient performance of office tasks, including travel bookings, petty cash management, and inventory control.
- Procurement: Facilitate the purchase of goods and services, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to company specifications.
- Maintenance and Security: Oversee the maintenance of office assets, ensure timely renewal of contracts, and manage security guards and office boys.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree with 5+ years of experience in executive assistance or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with team management and leadership.
