Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support and assistance to our Chief Executive Officer and/or other assigned leadership staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure the executive's time is used effectively.
  • Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Draft, proofread, and manage email correspondence on behalf of executives.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Meeting Coordination:
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up actions.
    • Take minutes and action items during meetings, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Travel & Event Planning:
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
    • Organize internal and external events, including conferences, team-building activities, or client meetings.
  • Document Management:
    • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents, both physical and electronic.
    • Ensure timely retrieval and confidentiality of sensitive documents.
  • Project Assistance:
    • Assist with various special projects, including research, reporting, and logistics.
    • Provide support for ad-hoc tasks as needed by the executive team.
    Requirements
    • 8-15 years of relevant experience.
    • Any Graduate/ Post Graduate degree.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
    Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
