Sales Performance Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Enhancement Specialist to join our team at BrightCHAMPS. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing and delivering effective training programs for our sales team.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs that cater to the needs of our sales team. You will work closely with our sales managers to identify performance gaps and develop targeted interventions to address them. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of our sales representatives post-training to ensure knowledge transfer and skill application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Execute On-the-Job Training (OJT) sessions to help team members apply learned skills in real-world scenarios.
- Provide refresher and upskilling training sessions based on business requirements.
- Track and analyze the performance of sales representatives post-training to ensure knowledge transfer and skill application.
- Identify performance gaps and create targeted interventions to address them.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role, focusing on OJT and performance improvement.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, processes, and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Data-driven mindset to analyze performance metrics and generate insights.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and a 6-day workweek to accommodate business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in training or sales coaching are a plus.
