Job Overview

At Entellus & Co, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, resulting in increased revenue growth.
  • Travel throughout the territory to visit customers, attend industry events, and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and customer interactions, using data to inform future sales strategies.
  • Represent Entellus & Co at all customer and prospect interactions, promoting the company's brand and values.
  • Educate customers on how our products or services can benefit them financially and professionally, building trust and credibility.
  • Stay informed about market conditions, competitor activity, and new product developments, using this knowledge to drive sales growth.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
