Sales Performance Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Enhancement Specialist to join our team at Flex-I Partners. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy designing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and executing business plans, as well as developing contests and incentives to motivate sales teams. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and present them to senior management.
In this role, you will work closely with the business head to design contests and incentive schemes that meet business objectives. You will also be responsible for coordinating with partners and the operations department to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
An additional key aspect of this role is the automation of processes to improve productivity. You will collaborate with IT, Sales, and Partners on various automation projects, with a focus on leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and performance.
Additionally, you will be expected to monitor industry developments and provide market intelligence to inform business decisions.
