Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Specialist to join our team at WHITELION. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and want to make a significant impact in the industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. They will work closely with sales leaders to develop annual sales strategies and goals, leveraging sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships.

This role requires a high level of energy and drive, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospects to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Identify new business opportunities to generate revenue growth
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to develop annual sales strategies and goals
  • Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 0 to 3 years' of sales experience with a proven history of meeting or exceeding quota
Compensation and Benefits
