Strategic Performance Enhancement Manager

Zyeta, a pioneering integrated workspace design and build services firm, seeks a seasoned Professional to spearhead its performance management endeavors. This highly impactful role will focus on designing, implementing, and overseeing performance management frameworks that harmonize individual goals with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a comprehensive performance management system, ensuring seamless alignment with company objectives and employee career paths.
- Develop, refine, and manage performance appraisal cycles, emphasizing fairness, transparency, and actionable feedback.
Additionally, this professional will be responsible for:
- Partnering with leadership and managers to establish clear and measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across roles, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
- Regularly reviewing and updating KPIs to reflect evolving business priorities and market trends.
- Training managers and employees on the effective use of KPIs to measure performance.
A key aspect of this role will be:
- Facilitating annual and periodic goal-setting sessions to align individual, team, and organizational objectives.
- Implementing tools and dashboards to monitor performance against set goals and KPIs.
This position will also involve:
- Coordinating mid-year and annual performance evaluations, ensuring a structured approach to appraisal discussions.
- Providing managers with guidance on delivering constructive feedback and developing tailored Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Furthermore, this professional will be responsible for:
- Analyzing performance management data to track trends, identify gaps, and propose actionable insights.
- Developing and sharing regular reports with leadership on employee performance, KPI achievements, and improvement areas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in performance management or a similar HR role, with proven expertise in KPI development.
- Strong knowledge of performance appraisal tools, KPI frameworks, and data analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and performance tracking software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience in the design and build industry or corporate environments.
- Familiarity with modern workplace trends, such as flexibility, collaboration, and wellness.
Estimated Annual Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000
