Job Description

As an IT Service Management Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and manage IT service management processes that align with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow products such as Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Business Management (ITBM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Software Asset Management (SAM), Analytics, Intelligence, and Reporting (AIE), DevOps, Field Service Management (FSM), Financial Services (FS), Field Operations Management (FOM), Financial Services Operations (FSO), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Telecommunications Service Management (TSM), Legal Service Delivery (LSD), Now Platform (LP), and Now Platform App Engine (NLAP).
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
