Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our technical leadership, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the organization.
About the Role
- Contribute to strategic planning and roadmapping to align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead the full SDLC process, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, training, and operational support using agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional requirements within ServiceNow.
- Design and develop innovative solutions to enhance IT service requests in Service Request Management module.
- Provide timely support for any implementation and performance issues reported on the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure Email Notifications and Alerts to notify users about specific activities in the system.
- Develop User Interfaces to Configure and maintain Forms, Lists, Views, UI Policy, UI Scripts, UI Actions, View Rules, Welcome Page Content, Map Pages, and other UI elements for ServiceNow modules.
- Perform environmental promotional activities from Dev to Stage and Test.
- Designed various custom ServiceNow reports for enhancing higher level management for monitoring the performance of various support teams.
Requirements
- SME in ServiceNow system applications and custom applications.
- Create, maintain, and enhance Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portals.
- Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs including advanced scripting.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Flow Designer.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Flow Designer.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining integration using Integration Hub, REST, SOAP web services.
- Experience in Email notifications.
- Responsible for standard configuration, user administration, security, workflow, data management, and integrations.
- Activate a plug-in, build reports, gauges, and homepages.
- Set up Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitor SLA workflows.
- Aiding in translating business requirements into technical requirements.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications
- SME in ServiceNow system applications and custom applications.
- Total 5-8 years of experience needed.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent degree and work experience is required.
- Bachelors degree with Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow platform experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator - Mandatory.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (preferred).
- ITIL4 Certified.
