Job Title

A highly skilled IT Service Management professional is sought to drive the IT Service Catalog roadmap and align with enterprise ITSM strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT Service Catalog strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs and enhancing user experience, automation, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to understand service requirements and optimize catalog offerings.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on IT Catalogs, providing guidance on best practices and frameworks.
  • Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and service owners to refine and improve IT services.
  • Design, implement, and enhance Service Catalog solutions in ServiceNow, working with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Catalog management.
  • Strong expertise in ITIL framework (ITIL v3 or v4 certified preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, and Request Management.
  • Functional expertise in IT Service Design, Workflow Automation, and Process Optimization.
  • Proven ability to define catalog structures, SLAs, workflows, and automation solutions.
  • Experience in consulting, stakeholder management, and business process reengineering.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, integrations, and self-service enablement.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
