Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to leverage extensive expertise in IT service management and operational intelligence to spearhead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This entails a thorough analysis of functional requirements, identification of technical feasibility, and provision of innovative solutions to meet business needs.

With a strong background in implementing ServiceNow's ITSM and ITOM suite of applications, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various modules, including at least two major engagements. They must possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow's overall architecture, design, and integrations, as well as the ability to share best practices with the team and provide consultation to Process and Technical teams on application capabilities.

Certification as a Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM is highly desirable, along with product knowledge on Security Operations and Employee workflow products. The successful candidate will be an expert in identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.Required Skills:
