Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively monitor work queues and provide timely support to clients with highly technical or complex issues.
  • Work independently to resolve escalated incidents and requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Investigate, analyze, and log incidents in a timely manner.
  • Capture relevant information for immediate resolution.
  • Provide forth-line support for critical client and business-impacting issues.
  • Communicate effectively with other teams and stakeholders.
  • Act as emergency contact as needed.
  • Support shift handover process and document key tasks.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or equivalent work experience).
  • CCIE Certification or equivalent.
  • M365 Expert Certifications.
  • Preference is a Master's in Computer Science or equivalent.
