Job Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Opening & Maintenance:
    • Ensure timely processing of account opening and maintenance formalities, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
    • Handle customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of account activities, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Transactions Related:
    • Conduct thorough reviews of transactional documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Address customer transactions related queries and escalations, providing clear and concise explanations of account activity.
  • Service & Quality:
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, through effective communication and relationship building.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Audit & Compliance:
    • Ensure comprehensive adherence to audit and compliance regulations, maintaining accurate records and reporting as required.
    • Identify and address areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions to prevent future issues.
  • Others:
    • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic, embodying the values of our organization.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
