Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Card Operations Specialist. In this vital role, you will provide operational support and customer service for our global corporate card program.

This position is critical to maintaining internal financial controls and ensuring staff can focus on patient support by swiftly resolving card-related issues.

  • Process corporate card applications, including account updates, suspensions, and closures.
  • Respond to user queries related to card accounts and transactions via our ticketing system.
  • Liaise with card providers to resolve account issues.
  • Assist with merchant dispute resolution and credit balance refund processes.
  • Monitor card accounts for delinquencies and coordinate user communication.
  • Participate in quarterly accounting accruals and data reconciliation.

As a Card Operations Specialist, you will be the point of contact for all card-related inquiries and concerns. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in financial operations (e.g., Travel & Expense Administration, FP&A, Procurement, etc.).
  • Exposure to corporate card programs or the financial services industry is preferred.

You should have strong problem-solving skills, a high attention to detail, and excellent customer service orientation. Experience working in a multinational enterprise and with global teams is also a plus.
