Seeking a seasoned accounting professional to oversee the entire financial spectrum. This senior role demands expertise in managing end-to-end accounting, auditing and treasury functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly financial account preparation including journal postings, accruals & prepayments, Fixed Asset & Depreciation Accounting
  • P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliation with Hyperion Financial Management
  • Treasury operations and cash flow management, FX remittances and hedging
  • Lead the annual internal & statutory audit function
  • Provide technical assistance on latest amendments, changes in laws and accounting policies
  • Preparation of monthly balance sheet and inter-company reconciliations along with supporting schedules
  • Filing income tax, GST and transfer pricing returns, payment of advance tax, GST and withholding tax
  • Oversight of capital expenditure and maintaining accurate asset records and reporting
  • Internal controls adherence and regular review
  • Collaboration with FPA, AP, legal and other finance functions
  • Participation in the development/establishment of accounting policies, procedures and SOPs, process and system changes review and implementation
Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant with 12-15 years post-qualification experience in a similar role
  • Major ERP system experience (Oracle), advanced Excel skills
  • US GAAP, IND AS, Income Tax Act and Companies Act knowledge
  • Solid analytical skills, commercial and business awareness
  • Goal-oriented individual with timely delivery focus
  • Collaborative team member for data collation related to inventory processing and tax reporting
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
