Job Title: Senior Associate Finance

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate Finance professional to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented finance professional to support business planning, decision making, and capital project planning. As a Senior Associate Finance, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis, data visualization, and insights to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business planning and decision making through financial analysis and data-driven insights.
  • Partner with project control team to support capital projects planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support site objectives and initiatives.
  • Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including accruals and journal entries.
  • Provide financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze data and present results in clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with SAP or other large ERP systems and Hyperion planning system.
  • Proficient with MS Office systems, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills:
  • Data analytics or data visualization experience (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheet, Alteryx, SQL).
  • Understanding of continuous improvement concepts.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
