Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our operational productivity initiatives.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity across Operations.
  • Provide critical support on multiple projects, effectively communicating complex information and recommendations.
  • Manage and validate the Smartsheet productivity repository and related dashboards.
  • Collaborate with finance groups to ensure alignment of financial insights.
  • Design and use advanced financial models to inform decision-making.
  • Identify and execute process improvement opportunities through automation and analytics.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and support special projects.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity initiatives.
  • Provide training and support on productivity processes, reporting, and standards.
  • Ensure alignment between Smartsheet dashboards and other systems.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Doctorate degree, or equivalent experience in finance and technology.
  • Strong experience with Smartsheet datasets and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
  • Expertise in financial data analytics, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Experience in automation and process optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Familiarity with optimizing data flows.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools.
  • Understanding of AI applications in finance.
