Job Title:

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the plant finance manager in monitoring and enhancing operational efficiency, focusing on capacity utilization, material usage variance, cycle time, overhead absorption, and inventory management.

  • Oversee and monitor inventory control, including slow-moving inventories, and support the inventory verification process, documenting discrepancies in SAP after review.

  • Periodically review standard costs for finished goods material codes and monitor all material movement on a monthly basis.

  • Support the corporate costing team in cost allocation for products, monitoring actual yields, and ensuring bill of materials (BOMs) are updated in real-time.

  • Actual production vs. SAP: Business Support Function – Assisting cross-functional teams with operational issues related to the SAP portion of FICO.

  • Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent verbal communication, analytical skills, report writing, interpersonal, and office management skills.

  • They should be discreet but decisive, innovative, diligent, and pay attention to details, with proficiency in MS-Office, especially MS Excel, and good presentation skills.

  • Candidate must possess strong technical inclination, knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methodology, and ability to evaluate and interpret technical reports.
