**Job Overview**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to support business transformation initiatives, system enhancements, and regulatory compliance projects. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring accurate translation of business requirements into functional solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To analyze business needs and develop effective solutions that meet those needs.
  • To work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide them with timely and accurate information.
  • To collaborate with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of business requirements into functional solutions.

**Requirements:**

  1. A bachelor's degree in finance, business, information technology, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst, with at least 23 years of experience in trade finance.
  3. Strong understanding of trade finance products, operations, and regulatory framework.
  4. Experience with trade finance systems (e.g., Finastra, Eximbills, Surecomp, SWIFT).
  5. Proficient in business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN) and documentation techniques.
  6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments and geographic locations.
