Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a B.Com degree and Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounting, international trade documentation, and banking instruments, particularly in the luxury furniture and interior solutions industry. This role demands precision, confidentiality, and a deep understanding of both domestic and international financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities

· Accounting & Financial Management

· - Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers, reconciliations, and financial records.

· - Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with applicable laws and standards.

· Commercial Documentation

· - Prepare proforma invoices, delivery challans, and related commercial documents.

· - Handle Bill of Entries for imported goods and liaise with customs authorities.

· - Manage documentation and coordination for customs clearance processes.

· Banking & Trade Finance

· - Initiate and process foreign remittances to overseas suppliers.

· - Manage Letter of Credits (LCs), Buyers Credit, and Performance Bank Guarantees.

· - Coordinate with banks for trade finance and related instruments.

· International Transactions & Compliance

· - Ensure compliance with RBI and FEMA regulations for cross-border transactions.

· - Liaise with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs brokers for timely documentation and delivery.

· Team & Process Coordination

· - Work closely with procurement, logistics, and project teams to align financial documentation with operational timelines.

· - Support management with financial insights for decision-making.

Key Requirements

· B.Com and Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

· Minimum 5–8 years in accounting and trade finance, preferably in import/export or luxury goods sector.

· Strong knowledge of proforma invoices, delivery challans, foreign remittances, Bill of Entries, LCs, Buyers Credit, and Bank Guarantees.

· Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and related documentation.

· Excellent command over Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and banking portals.

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

· Excellent communication skills for coordination with banks, suppliers, and internal teams.
