Job Title: Senior Oracle Finance Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Senior Oracle Finance Consultant to join our team. This role involves leading the implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, RMCS, and ARCS. The consultant will work with clients to understand their business processes and map them to Oracle Finance products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance business processes, including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory to COGS, Fixed Assets, Projects Accounting, Record to Report, and Financial Planning and Analysis. They will also have experience in project lifecycle tasks, such as design, build/configuration, training, testing, deploy, and support.

The Senior Oracle Finance Consultant will work closely with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts to integrate Oracle Cloud technologies for superior business impact. They will engage with Oracle customers and developers, focusing on requirement analysis and documentation within the Oracle environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, RMCS, and ARCS.
  • Work with clients to understand their business processes and map them to Oracle Finance products.
  • Identify business requirements and align them with Oracle Cloud Financials functionality.
  • Configure the Cloud Financials Application based on customer requirements.
  • Develop innovative solutions for various Cloud Financials business needs.
  • Provide functional leadership on best practices and software module functionality throughout implementation phases.
  • Architect solutions for complex business requirements, including configurations and technical components.
  • Identify business requirements and align them with Oracle Cloud Procure to Pay functionality.
  • Develop automations and integrations with Cloud Financials, performing quality reviews of deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and colleagues for timely, budget-conscious project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud/Fusion Financials as a functional lead.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Financial Reporting, Expenses, Intercompany, SLA, and Workflow.
  • Expertise in finance business processes: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory to COGS, Fixed Assets, Projects Accounting, Record to Report, Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Experience in project lifecycle tasks: Design, Build/Configuration, Training, Testing, Deploy, Support.
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and optimization skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Fusion Finance modules, with proficiency in at least two (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, RMCS, FAH).
  • At least one end-to-end cloud implementation project experience.
  • Cloud certification in Fusion Finance modules.
