  • Support business planning and decision making through in-depth financial analysis to drive growth and profitability.
  • Partner with the project control team to support capital projects planning, analysis, and reporting, including depreciation and project expenses planning.
  • Collaborate with site Supply Chain teams to support standard cost development and material master setup for make items and raw materials.
  • Analyze raw materials, purchase price variance, consumables, and freight to optimize costs.
  • Perform month-end, quarter-end, year-end closing activities, including accruals and journal entries, and perform variance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly actuals financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Compile and analyze ad hoc requests to provide timely insights.
  • Support transformational initiatives through automation and financial process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve site objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience.
