Finance Manager

The finance manager plays a crucial role in the overall performance of an organization. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our finance team and drive business growth.

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records, accounts, and reports.
  • Create and manage monthly management information systems (MIS) reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow projections, and budget vs. actuals analysis.
  • Maintain up-to-date bookkeeping, compliance, and documentation aligned with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Support leadership with financial reporting, analysis, and insights to aid decision-making and investor communications.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring visibility across functions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business goals.
  • Manage statutory compliance in India and support UK compliance in collaboration with external advisors.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing, ideally within a fast-growing or dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaborator, with the ability to work closely with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure financial alignment and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for presenting complex financial information to investors, auditors, and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the integrity of financial records and reports.
