Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Professional to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving strategic analysis and insights that significantly impact our financial outcomes.
About the Role:
- Develop and maintain accurate and timely management reporting of actual monthly results and variances for sales, revenue, costs, headcount, Capex, and other key performance indicators.
- Support forecasting, annual planning, business analysis, business performance reporting, and strategic business planning processes.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement rules-based financial processes, ensure data accuracy, and provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional educational qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field such as MBA, CPA, CA, or CMA.
- Minimum 2-6 years of relevant experience in FP&A roles.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, master data management, and experience in designing and implementing financial processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with database management.
- Experience with ERP systems.
