FP&A Manager Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a highly skilled FP&A Manager in Hyderabad. The role involves developing and implementing financial plans, forecasts, and variance analysis to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop accurate financial forecasts and budgets to support business decision-making by analyzing historical data, market trends, and economic indicators.
  • Variance Analysis: Identify and analyze variances between actual and forecasted performance to optimize financial results through root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Management Reporting: Provide regular financial reports to senior management on company performance and trends, highlighting key areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a proven track record in finance.
  • Experience: Possess 6-10 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in FP&A, including strategic planning, financial modeling, and budgeting.
  • Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
