JOB DETAILS


1) Lead AOP exercise, Monthly/quarterly reviews, Analysis
2) Reporting to Investors, meeting data needs of the Senior Management
3) Cost reduction initiatives and review at corporate level
4) Projections, funding options, new investor, new bankers, banking relationship at Mumbai
5) To liaise with various consultants, tax experts, advocates
6) Cost sharing, cost allocation between group companies, TP - control, Intra group transactions
7) Designing Policies, procedures, SOPs for accounting and finance/accounting operations
8) Working Capital control at entity level including cash flow
9) Evaluation of different and newer business models from various operational, logistics, accounting, tax angles
10) Financial Authority Matrix adherence and review
11) B. Com with CA (Preferably with manufacturing sector background)
