We are seeking an analytical and results-driven financial planning professional to join our team. This role is critical in driving strategic financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support data-driven decision-making across the business.

This role leads the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across departments. The person in this role will evaluate PCL, BS, financial and performance of Eddy, including industry benchmarking, company valuation, and comparative analysis.

The successful candidate will deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis vs. budget/forecast. They will support senior leadership with ad hoc financial models and business case analysis, and partner cross-functionally with business units to optimize costs and enhance financial performance.

Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining financial dashboards and KPIs to track performance metrics, assisting in the preparation of board materials, investor presentations, and strategic planning sessions, and continuously improving and automating reporting and planning tools.

Must-haves for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 8+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in mid-to-sized organizations
  • Strong expertise in Excel and financial modelling
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Proficiency with financial systems (NetSuite would be preferred)
  • Deep understanding of financial statements and business drivers

Preferred skills include strong communication and storytelling skills to present insights to senior management, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
