About EvernorthEvernorth Health Services a division of The Cigna Group NYSE CI creates pharmacy care and benefits solutions to improve health and increase vitality We relentlessly innovate to make the prediction prevention and treatment of illness and disease more accessible to millions of people About Evernorth Evernorth Health Services a division of The Cigna Group NYSE CI creates pharmacy care and benefits solutions to improve health and increase vitality We relentlessly innovate to make the prediction prevention and treatment of illness and disease more accessible to millions of people Financial Analysis Advisor Enterprise PortfolioPosition Overview Financial advisor supporting the spend management team within Enterprise Portfolio Finance This position will assist with providing portfolio funding guidance and own associated quarterly production activities Focus of the role is financial analysis leading crucial accounting and financial logistics including management of c This teammate will support investment spend management for the entire 1 4B Enterprise Investment Portfolio including all growth platforms and Enterprise Portfolios in collaboration with the Cross Business Finance team Responsibilities Lead Enterprise Portfolio financial expense logistics for intercompany portfolio transactions Understand and calculate associated intercompany impacts of capitalization and amortization for technology projects Execute on various monthly and quarterly close activities including submission of quarterly projection into the expense management system Track spend against budgets and provide actionable insights on trends across various portfolios Assist with budget setting for technology delivery teams Ensure alignment of quarterly financial guidance with key matrix partners across ledgers Maintain and own the Portfolio Funding Guidance file used to distribute financial guidance to Growth Platform BFOs Manage the expense allocation process across Cigna and Evernorth P Ls including providing information for monthly Cigna expense governance meetings QualificationsRequired Skills Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field preferred Experience with key financial and accounting functions including but not limited to processing journal vouchers and submitting expense accruals Experience with Hyperion expense reporting systems to submit expense projections and pull adhoc reports as needed Ability to manage financial and accounting processes according to set deadlines 11-13 years of experience in finance financial analysis or business planning field Strong prioritization and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly to change Strong communication skills including written and verbal Equal Opportunity Statement Evernorth is an Equal Opportunity Employer actively encouraging and supporting organization-wide involvement of staff in diversity equity and inclusion efforts to educate inform and advance both internal practices and external work with diverse client populations
