Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Account Services Coordinator to provide critical administrative and operational support. This role focuses on managing essential tasks, allowing the broader account services team to concentrate on high-value strategic work.

  • Maintain and update client and job lists, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Process and track out-of-pocket (OOP) budgets, expenses, and invoices, ensuring timely approvals and reconciliations.
  • Assist in compiling and sharing competitive material.
  • Ensure all account billing is accurate, on time, and aligned with approved client estimates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent experience in Administration, or a related field. 3-7 years of professional experience is required, preferably in an administrative, project coordination, or account services role, in marketing or advertising.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and other collaboration tools.
