Job Title: Key Accountabilities Professional

This role involves working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and users to deliver high-quality results.

  • Key Skills:
  • • In-depth knowledge of Engineering subjects and ability to use systems and tools (e.g., MS Office, Excel, etc.) for documentation and reporting.
  • • Participate in review meetings with users, cross-functional team, and external vendors. Contribute to review process improvements and provide innovative solutions to process issues.
  • • Prepare project assignments, compile tender documents, perform technical bid analysis, prepare technical solutions within the legal framework, internal quality, and HSE requirements.
  • • Create purchase orders and order equipment in SAP/ESHOP.
  • • Care and maintenance of electronic databases (SharePoint).
  • • Ensure consistency and quality of procedures and documentation. SPOC to external service providers regarding operational processes related to external employees.
  • • Provide support to Training & Learning organization in defining training for external associates to obtain qualifications.
  • • Manage and review training roles for all external colleagues in the field of work. Regularly monitor education of external colleagues and ensure consistency of training.
  • • Send updated production documents to relevant external colleagues for education (reading and understanding). Transfer knowledge to colleagues and conduct OJT if necessary. Support implementation of external services according to defined KPIs.
  • • Collaborate with internal users and line functions to bring common understanding on scope of work with emphasis on GMP, Safety, and cost optimization.
  • • Work with line functions to complete project deliverables in time and in full.
