Key Account Manager - Supply Chain Expertise

This role involves building and managing a sales pipeline of high-value accounts, progressing them through negotiations. The scope includes identifying new business opportunities by understanding the supply chain needs of customers and leveraging current service offerings.

The ideal candidate is a strong influencer who can launch a new team and bridge alignment across internal and external stakeholders. They will possess successful sales experience across different merchant sizes, preferably in eCommerce, transportation, finance, retail technology, logistics, or software industries.

  • Recruit Sellers and manage their relationship by championing their needs at Amazon.
  • Drive the growth of Sellers' businesses by adding selection and delivering on key business opportunities.
  • Manage key improvement initiatives and projects, partnering with the business development and on-boarding teams.
  • Work with Sellers to improve operational aspects of their business and provide a great consumer experience.
  • Identify prospects/partners, communicate value propositions, and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Track and report performance using metrics, achieving productivity and seller satisfaction targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business (preferably).
  • 0-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral English.
  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Interest in e-Commerce/Online business.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent customer experiences.
