Accounting Opportunity

Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to join our team as a Senior Associate.

  • As an accounting expert, you will be responsible for performing various tasks including bank and credit card transactions categorization, posting transactions in General Ledger (GL) and sub-ledger, cash applications, reconciliations, GL, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) accounting, fixed assets and inventory management, payroll accounting, depreciation and amortization computation, and cleaning of books of account.

Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of Trial Balance, Financial Statements (Financial and US Tax accounts), Financial Analysis, and ad hoc reports & dashboards. You will also liaise with clients and auditors to ensure seamless communication.

Closing of books of account, coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implementation strategies at the company are also part of your responsibilities.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in US accounting with direct interaction with US clients is required.
  • Hands-on experience in commonly used accounting software such as QBO, Sage, Zoho, Netsuite etc. is essential.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work independently or with minimum supervision, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience in industries such as Consumer Business/Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Life Science, Logistics/Supply Chain, Private Equity, Constructions, Manufacturing, Staffing/Labor Management would be advantageous.
