The Role:
In this senior role, you will be responsible for leading the accounting team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial statements and reports. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement accounting strategies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the accounting team and ensure the delivery of high-quality financial statements and reports.

- Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting deadlines.
- Identify and mitigate risks in performance and reporting.
- Manage technical research and application of US GAAP to accounting issues.

Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant / Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations within the financial services industry, with at least 3 years managing teams of size more than 4 members.
