Job Title: Service Management Specialist

The role of the Service Management Specialist is to ensure the correct execution of a specific process or a group of processes by a supplier. This includes analysis of process-related data and identification of gaps and actions for specific suppliers and service lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Management: Deliver on IT Service Management for specific towers/service lines across ITIL processes, Service Operations, and continual service improvement.
  • Supplier Governance: Provide analytical reports for actionable periodic Supplier Governance calls to ensure quality services, meet all KPIs, and SLAs along with CSAT targets.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and identify improvement opportunities in existing processes, procedures, and drive for improvement using Six Sigma, Process simplification, or Automation.
  • Asset Management: Ensure that Asset relevant attributes are correctly maintained in the Configuration and Asset Mgmt System.
  • Audit Management: Engage as a super user group for all matters related to processes and develop and govern processes to effectively manage both internal and external audits across TIS.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze process-related data and identify gaps and actions.
  • Excellent communication skills: Effective communication with functional stakeholders and suppliers.
  • IT Service Management knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes and Service Operations.
  • Process improvement skills: Ability to drive for improvement using Six Sigma, Process simplification, or Automation.
