Artwork Operations Specialist

  • Coordinate and manage artwork changes for internal stakeholders or clients, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.
  • Develop a detailed artwork change schedule to facilitate seamless integration of artwork updates into ongoing projects.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights, and develop interactive reports to communicate findings effectively.
  • Optimize Power BI dashboards for improved performance and usability, identifying opportunities for automation and standardization.
  • Review artwork change requests to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure clear communication throughout the artwork change process.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all artwork changes to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of artwork change requests, approvals, and related communication.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent project management skills, preferably with PMP/CAPM/Lean Six Sigma certifications.
  • Proven experience in artwork coordination or similar roles, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • In-depth understanding of pharma supply chain setup and associated functional roles & responsibilities, including graphic design principles and branding.
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX formulas, and visualization best practices.
  • Relevant certifications in Power BI or Microsoft Business Intelligence stack are desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
