Job Description

Our team is seeking a skilled Payment Operations Specialist P2P to provide exceptional services and support to our business partners.

  • Support the Lead to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various departments to guarantee proper accounting, financial reporting, and settlement of liabilities.
  • Coordinate with local entities to deliver seamless services.
  • Communicate with vendors to facilitate payments, aligning with business objectives.
  • Manage parked and blocked invoices, assessing risk and proposing actions in collaboration with stakeholders and according to policies.
  • Oversee direct debits and bill of exchange transactions in conjunction with Reporting and banking partners.
  • Maintain vendor master data and perform regular statement reviews, collaborating with Commercial Operations.
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations for allocated accounts and resolve overdue items in a timely manner.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance (desired)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • 4-6 years of experience in finance, preferably in procure-to-pay or accounts payable, working with European countries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in SAP, ARIBA, SRM, Concur, VIM, and other related systems
