**Hiring for P2P Roles - Freshers to Manager Level**

**Location**: Hyderabad
**Experience**: 0-12 Years (Freshers to Manager Level)
**Education**: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
**Salary**: As per industry standards

**Open Positions**:
**P2P Associate (Freshers & Entry-Level)**
**P2P Specialist (2-5 Years Exp.)**
**P2P Lead/Manager (6-12 Years Exp.)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Invoice Processing & Management** - Handling transactions, invoice lifecycle, and payment processing
**Procure-to-Pay Operations** - Ensuring smooth procurement and compliance
**Accounts Payable & Reconciliation** - Managing invoices, parked invoices, and resolving discrepancies
**Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination** - Addressing queries and improving workflow efficiency
**Process Improvement & Compliance** - Ensuring adherence to company policies and financial regulations

**Skills Required**:
Knowledge of **P2P, Accounts Payable, or Financial Operations**
Experience with **SAP, ARIBA, SRM, Concur, VIM** (preferred)
Strong **analytical and problem-solving** skills
Ability to **handle escalations and stakeholder communication**
