Partnership Development Manager

The ideal candidate will lead the development of a strategic partnership, driving business growth through joint initiatives and delivering measurable results.

This role involves owning the partnership charter end-to-end, from strategy to delivery enablement. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in alliance or partner leadership, with experience in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise tech.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and executing the partnership strategy, aligned to firm priorities.
  • Building strong senior relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Driving joint business initiatives, including account mapping, co-sell, campaigns, and pursuits.
  • Establishing a center of excellence for certified talent, reference architectures, and accelerators.
  • Integrating the partnership with domain IP and multi-line offerings to differentiate solutions.
  • Tracking and reporting partnership KPIs, including pipeline, influenced revenue, and certifications.

Requirements:

  • 16+ years of experience in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise tech, with a proven track record in alliance or partner leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the product suite or similar ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth through partnerships and GTM execution.
  • Experience in practice building and talent enablement.
  • Excellent CXO-level stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Candidate with strong cloud knowledge is preferred.
