Job Title: Partnership Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to drive new partner alliances and manage end-to-end partnerships within assigned segments including NBFCs, MFIs, e-commerce, logistics, and government organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hunt for new partner alliances in assigned segments to expand our cash business.
  • Establish and nurture long-term strategic relationships with Financial Institutions (NBFCs, MFIs, E-commerce, Logistics) and Government bodies.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close deals with new partners, ensuring profitable growth and revenue expansion.
  • Manage the entire partnership lifecycle: from partner identification, onboarding, go-live, farming, to collections and settlements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams for smooth implementation and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate partnership effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence.
  • Cross-sell and penetrate all lines of business into partner accounts.
  • Maintain financial accountability for the assigned segment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales, partnership management, or business development within financial services, e-commerce, logistics, or government sectors. They should possess strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills, as well as the ability to manage complex partnerships with revenue ownership.
