Job Summary
To identify prospective new corporates for salary relationship opportunities, build a pipeline and secure high-quality deals. Ensure corporate salary agreements are activated with account sourcing and salary credits to increase wallet share and deepen relationships.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with new corporates to establish salary partnership opportunities
- Develop and execute strategies to secure new deals and expand existing relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and activation of new partners
Requirements
