Key Responsibilities:

Software Development: Design, develop, and deploy .NET applications (Web, Desktop, and API-based) using C# and .NET Core.

Application Architecture: Participate in the design and architecture of new systems, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and secure.

Code Review and Mentorship: Provide code reviews and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and perform debugging to ensure the software is bug-free and of high quality.

Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, business analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

Agile Methodology: Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Database Design & Integration: Design and implement SQL-based databases, integrate them with .NET applications, and optimize queries for performance.

Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot performance issues and implement performance tuning techniques.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for application features, codebase, and architecture.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and best practices, continuously improving coding and development techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development with the .NET framework.

Programming Languages: Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.

Web Development: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.

Database: Proficient in working with SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, etc.) and ORM tools like Entity Framework.

Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.

Version Control: Experience with version control systems such as Git or TFS.

Development Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum or Kanban teams.

Testing Frameworks: Knowledge of testing frameworks such as XUnit, NUnit, or MS Test.

Software Design: Familiarity with design patterns (e.g., MVC, Repository, Factory) and principles such as SOLID.

Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to fixing issues.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and clients.

Job Profile:

Will be a part of a product development team

Understand client requirements and deliver scalable and flexible solutions

Develop solutions individually or as part of a team

Communicate risks and issues to project and technical management teams

Work with testing team to find and resolve defects

Able to work in UK shift (11.00am to 8.00pm).

Should work in ISO/CMMi compliant work environments

Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Should have the ability to work independently

Mandatory Skills :

Strong knowledge of .NET framework

Programming using server-side web-technologies out of which at least 3 yearS of experience with ASP.Net, .Net Core and MVC 2 / MVC 3

Proficient in C# and SQL Server

Exposure to Agile development methodologies

Good understanding of source control systems

Object Oriented Programming Concepts
