
Sales and Business Development Manager

- The primary objective of this role is to facilitate sales completion by ensuring the timely issue of policy documents and overseeing the completion of medical reports.
- This individual will explore opportunities to develop new markets and segments in line with the company's sales strategy, enhancing business growth and expansion.
- They will also provide coaching and support to other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team, sharing knowledge, products, services, and selling skills, while accompanying them on client visits and modeling relevant behavior.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel is required.
- Candidates from various backgrounds such as insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom, and other sales verticals are considered.
- Insurance experience or BFSI is mandatory, with a strong emphasis on employment stability and a good track record.
- Graduation is a must for this position.
