
Regional Business Development Expert

As a Senior Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional growth roadmaps for utility services. This involves cultivating strategic partnerships with industry players, leading technical and commercial solutioning, and overseeing SLA adherence.
Key responsibilities include driving billing and collections, proactively addressing revenue or recovery bottlenecks, managing tender participation, and maintaining strong governance on contract compliance, risk mitigation, and delivery timelines.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure seamless project execution.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years' experience in power utility services, with significant exposure to MBC, AMI, EPC-based delivery, and solar energy solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of AMISP frameworks, RDSS scheme guidelines, and regulatory landscapes.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing utility accounts and executing high-value service contracts.
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to manage complex project risks and contractual obligations.
