Job Title: Regional Business Growth Manager

At the forefront of our retail expansion strategy, we seek an astute and results-driven Regional Business Growth Manager to spearhead site acquisition efforts. This pivotal role requires an individual with a keen business acumen, strong negotiation skills, and an ability to navigate complex commercial relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure prime locations for new retail outlets, leveraging market insights and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities, focusing on organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless store launches, addressing operational and logistical challenges as needed.
  • Negotiate lease agreements, rental rates, and other essential terms with landlords, property developers, and brokers.
  • Conduct thorough location analyses, evaluating catchment areas, foot traffic, and competitor landscapes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in business development, particularly in property acquisition, is highly preferred.
  • Graduate degree in any field; relevant industry certifications or training are desirable.
  • Frequent travel is required; applicants must be comfortable with extensive domestic and international travel.
  • A proactive and positive approach, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with entrepreneurial thinking and a drive for results.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and proficiency in other MS Office tools.
