We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Growth Manager to develop and implement regional sales strategies that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- IDentify and onboard new channel partners, dealers, and distributors to expand our market reach.
- Manage and grow channel sales across assigned territories to maximize revenue potential.
- Buid strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Present customized lighting solutions tailored to specific project requirements, collaborating closely with clients to meet their needs.
- Work with architects and designers to ensure product adoption in ongoing and upcoming projects, driving brand awareness and loyalty.
- Conduct regular client visits, site visits, and market assessments to stay informed about industry trends and customer feedback.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value of our products and services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Cordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries, ensuring seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project follow-ups to inform future sales strategies.
- Provide detailed weekly sales reports and market intelligence to the management team, enabling data-driven decision making.
- Proven track record of sales success in a similar role.
