
Regional Growth Director

We seek an accomplished Regional Growth Director to spearhead regional expansion in our developer partnerships business.
The successful candidate will lead a team of Business Development and Key Account Managers, build deep strategic relationships with top developers, and drive interiors and design solutions across the region.
Main Responsibilities:- P&L Management & Business Expansion:
- Take full responsibility for the P&L of the region, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and margin targets.
- Own and drive the real estate partnerships channel sales across all key projects and developer partnerships in the zone.
- Team Leadership & Capability Building:
- Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of 12+ Business Development and Key Account Managers.
- Drive a culture of accountability, hustle, and ownership; implement structured reviews, incentive programs, and performance monitoring systems.
- Developer Partnerships & Strategic Alliances:
- Identify, acquire, and scale partnerships with top developers across the region through strong relationship management and solutioning.
- Collaborate with Sales, Design, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver compelling Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
- Stakeholder Management & Influence:
- Develop strong working relationships with CXOs, CSMOs, Sales/CRM Heads of real estate firms.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and partnership growth sessions with strategic developers.
- Strategy & Execution Excellence:
- Devise and implement regional growth plans and account strategies, mapped to the unique needs of respective markets.
- Work with central functions (design, ops, marketing) to customize offerings and ensure seamless delivery.
- Business Reviews & Governance:
- Run weekly and monthly business reviews with internal leadership to ensure performance hygiene.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Head and central leadership on regional inputs, planning, and forecasting.
