
Senior Regional Growth Leader

Livspace seeks a senior leader to drive regional growth in its real estate developer partnerships business. The successful candidate will take full ownership of revenue, profitability, and team performance for their respective zone.
Job Responsibilities:This role entails leading a team of Business Development and Key Account Managers, building deep strategic relationships with top developers, and driving Livspace's interiors and design solutions across the region.
P&L Ownership & Business Growth- Taking full responsibility for the P&L of the region, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and margin targets.
- Owning and driving the real estate partnerships channel sales across all key projects and developer partnerships in the zone.
- Setting aggressive quarterly and annual targets, tracking, and improving performance.
Additional responsibilities include:
Team Leadership & Capability Building- Hiring, leading, and mentoring a high-performing team of 12+ Business Development and Key Account Managers.
- Driving a culture of accountability, hustle, and ownership, implementing structured reviews, incentive programs, and performance monitoring systems.
As Regional Head, you will:
Developer Partnerships & Strategic Alliances- Identifying, acquiring, and scaling partnerships with top developers across the region through strong relationship management and solutioning.
- Collaborating with Sales, Design, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver compelling Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
- Ensuring Livspace is positioned as the 'partner of choice' for new launches, ready inventory, and resale units.
- Developing strong working relationships with CXOs, CSMOs, Sales/CRM Heads of real estate firms.
- Leading quarterly business reviews and partnership growth sessions with strategic developers.
- Serving as the face of Livspace in the developer ecosystem and external forums within the region.
- Devising and implementing regional growth plans and account strategies, mapped to the unique needs of respective markets.
- Working with central functions (design, ops, marketing) to customize offerings and ensure seamless delivery.
- Tracking key competition, benchmarking best practices, and deploying interventions where required.
- Running weekly and monthly business reviews with internal leadership to ensure performance hygiene.
- Collaborating closely with the Business Head and central leadership on regional inputs, planning, and forecasting.
