Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and manage a team of relationship managers in the South Kerala region.

  • As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for achieving targets and revenue growth in your assigned area.
  • You will develop effective dealer channel sales strategies for two-wheeler verticals and branch channel for car loans.
  • Analyze dealer business potential, plan, and execute strategies to drive distribution through dealer channels.
  • Recruit new dealers, ensuring adequate market intelligence to acquire business and grow our brand.
  • Manage portfolio quality, responsible for the region's profitability.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest changes to enhance customer experience and partner relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead two-wheeler loan (open market) and car loans (branch channel) operations in South Kerala.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve top-line growth as per performance requirements.
  • Collaborate with credit teams, operation teams, and product teams for lead sourcing, process improvements, disbursements, and customer approvals.
