Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Professional certification such as CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and budget management.
  • Experience in a regional or multi-location environment is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Excel).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of presentational skills in PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
